Marsa Mubarak

You will be collected by minibus from your hotel in the morning and transferred to Port Ghalib. Before setting sail you will get your snorkelling equipment. If you have your own equipment, you can chose to use it onboard the boat. At 9:30am the boat will sail. After approx. 30 minutes, you will reach the place called Shuna, where there is a wealth of underwater landscapes: beautiful coral reefs and lots of colourful fish. Here you will get to snorkel with a guide for approx 45 min. You will the then travel to Marsa Mubarak - a place where turtles and dugongs (sea cows) often meet. You will then transfer to a smaller boat (zodiac) with a motor and go searching for turtles and sea cows. You will get to snorkel with a guide for about 45 minutes. Turtles meet here almost always, and sea cows very often. These animals are not shy.

You will then return to the boat, where your buffet lunch will be waiting. Non-alcoholic beverages, both hot and cold are available throughout the entire trip. After lunch (1h), you can snorkel without a guide. The boat crew on your trip will speak basic English You will return to Port Ghalib at around 03:30pm where you will join your transfer by minibus to your hotel.

During unfavorable conditions at sea, such as gusty winds, strong sea current, the tour program may change.
